  : This hotel is confusing as it is two different hotels in one. You need to check in via Hotel Little Paris then hotel villa oriental is behind this hotel. The setup and location is just really weird. Best thing is just how close to station it is and how quickly you can get to airport via the train. But now water bottle provided although there is a fridge and kettle.
  : The VIP room not so special the bathroom is almost in the air right in front of the bed. So expensive yet no water bottle provided.

  : The hotel is on one street and to get to it you need to go to the next street over and enter through another hotel that they own. After entering you need to go through that hotel then a courtyard to get to the hotel. The elevator brings you to a half floor then requires you to go either up or down stairs to get to your room. The room had several issues which I had brought to the attention of the staff on several occasions with which none of the issues were looked into or resolved. The shower faucet as well as the shower head both leaked immensely. The shower doors were missing rollers and handles making if very difficult to close this causing water to leak out. The sink faucet handles and shower faucet handles were broken. The counter top at the sink faucet was rotting through with mold under neath the sink. The toilet would run for extended periods and would not be able to flush. The TV had no signal throughout the entire stay and the WiFi continuously cut out. I was asked to pay city taxes on arrival and found that it was included in our rental agreement. I asked about this later and was told that they would look into it and readjust the payment. We then went out for a while and when we returned we found that we were locked out of our room. We were demanded payment of the room before they would reactivate our key. It was a simple misunderstanding but I feel that the measures taken to receive payment were a little drastic.

  : Nice room with taste of oriental style decoration. Very close to train station just 2 min walk and also next to a Bus station. Toilet, bathroom, bedroom all have enough space. Hotel manager allows to leave luggage after check out.
  : Not safe to walk around at night. There're some homeless people.

  : Location itself is good but being around a station for all its benefits comes at the cost of having unsavoury people hanging around. Its quirky and cute, but things like a non working fridge and having to ask and chase down an iron 4 times was annoying. Good air con!
  : Non working fridge - unacceptable as it was boiling hot and we needed to cool down water for drinks/fruit etc. Having to chase down iron many times was annoying.
